Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at AirPackr. The following information explains our shipping procedures and policies.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 12:00 PM local time on Friday are processed the following Monday.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been processed and shipped. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs inspections, weather, postal volume).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update with the first scan from the carrier.

International Shipping & Customs

For international orders, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in the order total and are billed separately by your local customs office or carrier.

AirPackr cannot mark international packages as "gift" or declare a lower value — this would be a violation of customs law.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes after dispatch are not always possible.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived after the maximum estimated delivery window, contact us at orders@airpackr.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund if the package is confirmed lost.

For stolen packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, please file a claim with the carrier and your local authorities. We will assist as we are able.

Undeliverable / Returned to Sender

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, unclaimed, refused), we will contact you to arrange re-shipment (re-shipping fee may apply) or a refund minus the original shipping cost.
