Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to be satisfied with every order from AirPackr. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items received after this window are no longer eligible for refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Final-sale or clearance items (marked at the time of purchase)
  • Personal-care items that have been opened or used

How to Start a Return

Email orders@airpackr.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply with a return authorization and the shipping address.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service — we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items shipped without tracking.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us at orders@airpackr.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund (including return shipping) at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time before the refund appears on your statement.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account, then contact your card issuer. If the issue persists, email orders@airpackr.com.

Exchanges

We only exchange items that are defective or damaged. For a different size, color, or product, place a new order and request a refund on the original.
