Shipping

All orders ship with tracking, free of charge, to destinations worldwide. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Estimates exclude customs processing for international orders. Tracking links are emailed once an order ships and update as the parcel moves through carrier networks.

Shipping Protection (optional)
Add Shipping Protection at checkout for coverage against lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. Covered orders are reordered or refunded at no extra cost.

Returns & exchanges

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of return receipt.

To start a return, message customer support via the Contact page with your order number and the reason for return. Return instructions and the return address are provided in the reply.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error.
  • Exchanges follow the same process — specify the desired replacement when contacting support.

Damaged, missing, or wrong items

If an order arrives damaged, is missing items, or is incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and contents. Replacements or refunds are arranged at no cost to the customer.

For orders with Shipping Protection, coverage extends to loss, theft, and damage in transit — eligible orders are reordered or refunded at no extra charge.

Order changes & cancellations

Orders can be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placement, before warehouse processing begins. After dispatch, the standard returns process applies.

Customs & duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total.
